Diana Bordean brings a wealth of experience and unique skillset to the team. With over 14 years of proven experience in health and wellbeing, Diana combines her knowledge of holistic wellness with a passion for excellence in delivery. Diana is a seasoned and experienced Physiotherapist, Pilates and Mindfulness Meditation instructor. Her holistic approach means that she looks at the whole person, she's able to integrate all aspects of physical, mental and emotional health. Tailoring each session to suit your individual needs, Diana will work with you on what matters the most to you. She has a keen interest in complex presentations, disability and chronic pain/ chronic illnesses (e.g. fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, IBS). In her spare time, you will find her outdoors in nature, jogging or relaxing by the beach, travelling, painting or swimming.
